School Spirit/Dulaney Pride

• Continue to strengthen and improve school spirit and pride by getting students involved in all activities!
• Encourage all classes to work together.
• Expand student attendance at cultural and academic activities as well as sports
• Expand Dulaney school spirit in the middle schools

 Communications 

• Make PTSA more visible to students and increase their involvement.
• Communicate well and often to parents, faculty, students , and the community through the internet and newsletter.
• Bring attention to and increase enthousiasm for all extracurricular activities
• Increase parent attendance at HELPS meetings and other educational forums.

Facilities

• Improve physical access to athletic fields
• Improve buildings and grounds maintenance
• Keep working on the bathrooms
• Continue to beautify the school

Volunteerism

• Increase volunteer numbers at school events
• Increase community involvement by reaching out to non-English speaking organizations, homeowners association, religious associations, businesses, etc
• Widen the circle of involvement in PTSA and school activities to reflect our diverse student population
